came in to have a Root Canal and have to admit i was very nervous and did not want to stay but the assistance managed to keep me calm and even handed over there ear phones so that i can listen to music Dr. Batniji was very nice and made me feel comfortable and before i knew it the procedure was done thanks to the staff i no longer am a nervous and would recommend this office

Not only did he remain fully cognizant of my sheer terror when having to come in for any dental work, Dr. Batniji properly supported me with medications I was able to take before and after my difficult procedure. His office staff were also exceptional, kind, and efficient. I am very thankful to have been able to see Dr. Batniji. He gave me the best shots, too! He did everything in his power to minimize any pain I would feel. He does excellent work.

“Excellent Customer Service”

For someone who is severely afraid of dentists, Dr. Batniji was very patient and understanding. He was quick and precise, explaining in great detail, the whole procedure while it was occurring.

Not only was Dr. Batniji was excellent, but the front desk service was also excelling. Sandra took the time to explain, especially the several calls we have made, of what was to occur with the billing, so we did not get any surprises.

Thank you for making my dental experience so comfortable. I was nervous to have a root canal procedure but the doctor and his support staff were welcoming and assuring through the entire procedure. Sandra at the front desk is my hero! I forgot my ear buds at home and she lent me a pair to use during my procedure.

With the dark glasses on and my audio book in my ears I was able to tune out the sounds of the procedure and relax as much as can be expected. The doctor was always checking with me to make sure I wasn't experiencing any pain. His assistant asssuringly patted my shoulder while he was administering the numbing solution.

Do yourself a favor if you ever need a root canal procedure. Dr. Batniji was wonderful; excellent bedside manner. He explains everything thoroughly and puts you at ease and is thorough. You will be out of the chair a lot sooner than you expect. If you end up in it longer you will feel like you did when you walked in without the pain. You will love this doctor.
