“Wonderful Doctor - Quick / Efficient procedure - Speedy Recover - Very helpful staff”
27 Year old, who put off having wisdom teeth removed for about 3 years. I eventually scheduled an appointment when I realized they were doing much more harm than anything. Got an appointment for surgery set-up within 2 weeks, they allowed me to come in a week ahead of time to calm my nerves with a consultation, all my questions and hesitations were answered there. The next week was a breeze and I was excited for the surgery.
They removed all 4 of my Wisdom teeth within about 45 minutes (I was under), but based on time I went down and woke up, its an assumption. I woke up feeling fantastic from the Anesthesia, with no pain at all. The remainder of Days 1-3, I basically had no pain at all, till the evening of Day 3. Very very minor that was curbed with ibuprofen throughout the first 3 days, then because of my mistake of using the water syringe early, and continuing to open the wounds, I felt a little more pain on the night of day 3, which was subdued the next morning. I went in for a follow up appointment to ensure everything looked good, and they checked it out thoroughly, answered my questions, and confirmed there was no dry socket.
All conversations on the phone with Leane, the nurses, as well (in-person) with the Doctor, were very helpful and assuring. They made quick plans for me to come in and be seen when I had minor pain.
Everything was smooth sailing with Niagara OMS & Dr. Sanil Nigalye. I wish I did this the week my dentist referred me over to them, I would've had a much more pleasant 3 years, and probably 5 less cavities.

The service provided is par excellence. I could not have expected any better. The staff is very cordial, friendly and helpful. My wisdom tooth and molar extraction had gone very well. I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Nigalye is a very knowledgeable and skilled dental surgeon. I had my wisdom tooth and molar extraction. Both had gone very well without much discomfort. Staff is very cordial, friendly and helpful. I got a call from Dr. Nigalye late in the evening to inquire about any discomfort, which was really pleasing. Post extraction care is also very good. Honestly speaking, I could not have expected any better. I am very happy with the surgery and post extraction care.

I brought my 92 year old grandmother here because she was rapidly losing teeth. Before we even came to the office the reception staff took plenty of time over the phone to explain everything we needed and answered every question i had. Upon our first appointment we were given the utmost respect and best customer service. Each member of the staff gave us their full attention and plenty of time to ask questions and explain each step very thoroughly. We decided the best plan of action together and each visit to accomplish her implants was handle with true love and caring. Even after hours if necessary. I would recommend anyone i know to use this office for yourself or a loved one.
