As a service to our patients, our practice accepts most dental insurance programs, including non-managed care, indemnity (traditional) and PPO out-of-network. We are not part of any managed care network. Our accounting staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be.
More info: For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders and major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. We will collect the patient's insurance portion at the time of the dental visit. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office. We accept CareCredit and the LendingClub.

Best dental experience in my 60 plus years. Always there for me in an emergency and willing to go out of his way to explain what is really going on in my mouth. I have been Dr Merritt's patient for close to 30 years and would recommend him to anyone that wanted a down to earth doctor that never makes you feel like you are just another customer that is taking up a time slot.

Rossana, the hygienist, is fantastic and thorough. The entire staff is focused on service and patient satisfaction. Laurie is amazing in scheduling and insurance coverage research. I have been happy with any service received at this office.
