I became a nurse practitioner because it is a privilege to help people optimize their health so that they may enjoy the richness that life offers. My philosophy of care is to help people understand the importance of self-care behaviors that maximize preventive care. Outside of work, I enjoy running, hiking, biking, tennis and cooking.
