Everybody there is kind, professional, and wanting the best for their patients. I'm 72 years old and have had 8 or 9 dentists throughout my life. Dr. Terry is the best dentist I've ever had. Jennifer did a great job cleaning my teeth and Heidi is a really personable office person. They are all GREAT!!!

After calling a number of dentist's office near the B&B I'm staying in outside of Canandaigua, I called Grateful Dental and was told to come in. Robert explained everything--cost, etc--upfront, and Dr. Terri took care of my self-declared emergency. And thank you for the cutting board as a gift! I would highly recommend this place and am giving the contact info to the B&B owner so she can refer any other guests she has.

I came to interview the practice. I was looking for someone who would work with me on a whole mouth, long term plan for my over all dental health and well being. I have Lyme disease that has impacted the health and structural integrity of my teeth and wanted to work with someone who would take that into account. Dr. Terry turned out to be my partner of choice in the long term care and maintenance of my mouth and teeth as I recover from Lyme disease.

In all honesty, I have always been terrible when it comes to taking care of my teeth. This has led to a deep seated that every dentist visit will involve the same judgemental conversation on top of discomfort, and this is why I avoid scheduling appointments altogether. This is not the case at Grateful Dental. I never have to talk about things I don't choose to discuss, and better yet, she does the same quality work other dentists do in twice the time. No matter the issue, I'm done in 30 min.

Dr. Terri is a wonderful dentist. Up until 2 years ago, I hadn't been to a dentist in 20 years due to a terrible experience with dentists. Then I heard about Dr. Terri a couple years ago who was highly recommended. Since then Dr. Terri has taken good care of my teeth. DR. Terri got me through my fear, and now I see her regularly with no fear. I recommend her to everybody. Her staff is also wonderful. Thanks Dr. Terri.
