I don't even know where to begin with how pleased I am with my experience with Dr. Gordon and his practice. First, I was so stressed with my cpap and needed something else. My dentist referred me to Dr. Gordon. He called me personally and explained everything about the device, his practice and the process. I had him on speaker phone and my husband, who is not easily impressed, heard him and was very impressed with how Dr. Gordon took the time to explain everything and how extremely personable, kind, and friendly he was. He told me to bring my husband to the visit as it would be a two hour visit with a lot of education. He assured me that all of the insurance information would be handled by his office and I wouldn't have to do anything but show up. The assistant was extremely organized and everything flowed very well from the time I got there to the time I left.
