I have moved a lot for work, and so I have seen a few therapists over the years. Vanessa is one of the best ones I have seen, especially via telehealth, as she is willing to push back to you gently in order to guide you toward being your best self. I do sometimes feel rushed at the end of appointments, but I know that is more a fault of her busy schedule as a therapist, rather than the quality of therapy, and also the struggle of telehealth at times.
