I first met Dr Trofimenko to have a second opinion. The first urologist i met wanted to proceed to a surgery and told me I may have a cancer. Dr Trofimenko was very understanding and patient with me. She did her own tests, gave me antibiotics and I didn't need any surgery. The "tumor" left by herself with antibiotics. She proposed me a treatment to relieve my frequencies, and it changes my live. I had a very painful, stubborn kidney stone. She was the only urologist in OC that could see me right away (everyone told me it would be at least a MONTH). Dr. T said she likes to make room in her schedule to see people in my situation, which when it comes to kidney stone patients, is a miracle to find a urologist who does that. And when you come to her office for a visit, she sees you right away--no waiting an hour or more in the waiting room. Her and her amazing staff also got me in right away for the removal surgery, and she made sure the stent was placed properly (I've had stents before that were just as bad as the stone--that was not the case with the way Dr. T placed her stent). She listens and cares about your concerns, and she addresses everything and follows up with you. She explains everything clearly and with full detail, so you can understand what is going on and feel confident in her decision on what is best for your care.

Let me tell you after Dr. Trofimenko worked her magic my family has to come up with a new nickname. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.

“A successful surgery to reduce prostate size for quality of life”

Experienced greatly-reduced urine flow.
Dr. used scope to confirm diagnosis.
Surgery was successful, and was able to remove catheter within a few days.
Post-surgery bleeding quickly reduced, but had multiple bleeding reoccurrences when attempting vigorous walking for exercise. However, this was finally controlled when I began to wear an athletic supporter/jock strap rather than normal underwear.
Urine flow is strong now, with little to no leakage after finishing.
I am very glad I did this, but would counsel others to use an athletic supporter when exercising post-surgery.

I just turned 60 and was having issues with frequent needs to urinate as well as a need to get up 2 or 3 times at night. Additionally was having severe issues with a lack of sex drive and insufficient erections. I had previously seen other Healthcare professionals for the issues with minimal success. I then found Dr Trofimenko through my insurance. To fast forward she spent the time to listen to my issues and started a treatment plan that consisted of the Uro-Lift procedure. To my amazement the procedure has worked tremendously. I no longer get up at night and can sit through a 3 hour movie with the need to go to the restroom. Post transplant the issue of lethargy due to medications and rehab issues created an unsatisfactory level of erection and motivation. We discussed testosterone, she educated me on the process I did some research and we agreed this may be a solution. OMG it was I feel so much more energy (no more naps) sex drive and stamina are fantastic! My wife cant believe I just was in the hospital 6 months ago having a transplant, me either. I did gain some weight but good weight, my arms aren't toothpicks any more.My legs have energy again.

I was having incontinence issues where I would stand up from working at my desk and immediately had the urgent need to urinate, I could notn get to the restroom quickly enough. I was using at least 3 pads per day, and my life was centered around the location of the closest restroom.

Dr. V T is excellent in diagnosis. I was having trouble inside my scrotum for past 1.18 years. Being a male i would recommend everyone to visit Dr. V T for complete cure of your problems.
Having said that, we all know no one is perfect , hence my request for the clinic would be to look for faster ways to provide test/lab results through mail or email.
