I was able to schedule the appointment on the same day .for a rash,.The receptionist is very nice and speaks in a gentle soft voice, very pleasant. The nurse was also nice, as well as efficient. Yamini was very kind, soft spoken and respectful. I have seen her before several times and I have always trusted her evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. Have never had a problem. I was unfortunately a half hour late to my appointment because of a terrible accident on the parkway. My appointment was at 6:30 but didn't arrive until 7:03. The provider was already at her car in the parking lot but called the very kind receptionist and said that she would come back if I was the patient. I really appreciated it because I left work an hour early and the weather and car accident was out of my control. The provider did not have to come back in, so I greatly appreciate it.
