The experience was ok. I felt that the time spent with the doctor was extremely fast and rushed. I don't know if it was just because the mole i questioned wasn't anything to be worried about so it was quick. I paid 75 dollar copay for less than 3 minutes with the doctor. I guess that's not their fault tho thats my insurance. Overall the doctor was nice and seemed like he knew what he was doing. Just quick for the amount of money spent.

I would definitely revisit the practice because of his friendly staff and himself. I only had one not so great thing to add, the waiting area was kind of dirty. The ceilings and vent system was beyond filthy. I’ve never seen a vent that dirty. I was hoping it was just dust and not mold. Everything else was pretty good. No complaints with customer service and patient care. Just clean the waiting area. Please and thank you.

My overall experience was great. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. Dr. Levine was very professional. He addressed the issue that I was primarily there for and addressed all additional issues. He explained each procedure clearly and made me feel very comfortable. The staff was nice and cordial. As a new patient I had to fill out many in-take papers. Although I was given ample time to complete perhaps having them sent electronically prior to the visit may appeal to some patients.
