Dr Shehan is extremely knowledgeable and thorough during the examination for skin check. I have complete faith in his ability to detect and treat any skin cancer; as I have seen firsthand how he saw skin cancer on my husband that I couldn't see with my eyes. He treated my husband and...no more skin cancer! Dr Shehan always take the time to listen and explain any skin related issues we my have that need to be addressed. Now my children and their spouses also see Dr Shehan any time they have any skin concerns. We are all extremely pleased with the service that Dr Shehan and his staff provide. I will continue to recommend him to anyone I know that needs the service of a dermatologist.

I am very satisfied and happy with the way the Dr.Shehan and the nurses both were inviting and accepting and how well they did to make me feel comfortable and treat my diagnosis. The nurses were also very caring and great to me and also with they way they administered treatment was a breeze. Also the upfront staff was great and helpful. My experience with Dr. Davey, the nursing, and other staff has always been positive. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and greet me as soon as I walk in the door. The yearly paperwork is easy and fast to complete and it is always easy to call and make an appointment. Dr. Davey is compassionate and cares about my concerns and fears. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains all procedures and answers questions in an easy to understand manner. I always appreciate how the office, rooms, and bathrooms are clean and tidy. I had an amazing experience with Advanced Dermatology of the Midlands. From the front desk, nurses and the provider. They made me feel safe and answered all my questions. The cosmetic procedure I did with Dr. Person was easy and painless and I am obsessed with the results. I also am doing my laser hair removal with Jessica and have had the best experience. I should have done it earlier!

Dr. Shehan is hands down one of the best physicians I have seen. Very personable and easy to talk to. It's clear he has looked at your past medical history before he even comes in. He explains everything in a way that's easy for anyone to understand, but will get as in depth and scientific about it as you want. When leaving I have clear written instructions in hand with suggestions and tips even. The nurse dictates the entire visit that you can then access in an email sent to you after your visit. He took pictures, documented everything, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my visit. I will continue to see and refer anyone to Dr. Shehan.

we waited almost 40 minutes before being called back to the room, then another almost 15 minutes after that to see the doctor. This is too long, particularly the 40 minutes in the waiting room. Dr Jake was wonderful however, very kind, helpful and very clear instructions. Thank you!

“Expert care provided by a knowledgeable, thorough doctor!”

I've been seeing Dr. Davey for a few years for skin cancer checks. He has a family history of melanoma, so he has a soft spot for those with skin cancer risk. He always does a thorough exam, never making me feel self-conscious. He doesn't try to do unnecessary procedures, but he also doesn't just "watch and wait" when spots seem suspicious. Being a physician myself, I have utmost trust in his medical opinion and wealth of knowledge. His staff is always caring, kind and professional. I'm so glad I found Advanced Dermatology of the Midlands!

“The best ever”

Doctor Davy took time out with me as i had talk to multiple Doctors about a lump/mass on my left side but every single Doctor said it was a,fatty tumor scar tissue that was nothing Doctor Davy sent me to a surgeon he said it had grown back and needed to be removed on June 16 at 11:30 am it will be gone. The pain will be gone after many years of it driving me crazy. The tumor had grown back and was pushing on my muscles which had began to make me sick and cause me terrible pain i wasn't getting a bit of rest thanks to Doctor Davy and his caring staff that will change God Bless all of you

“Exceptional knowledge and care!”

Rachel has been my go to dermatologist now for years. She is also THE BEST when it comes to the "fun side" of dermatology, the cosmetics! She does all my botox and filler, she helped clear up my acne, and has recommended great skin care products for my skin. She also does my yearly skin checks and is confident and reassuring, I never leave the office with any doubt or uncertainty.

Rachel has always listened to my concerns and taken the best care of me. She doesn't jump to the most expensive, extreme option but rather tries out each plan and sees what works best with my symptoms through trial and error.
