“Excellent and expert care”

I was very nervous with my first root canal, and had never met Dr. Diamond before. She and her staff were very knowledgeable and able to answer a lot of questions, explain the procedure and how it should go (and that's how it went), and were diligent in following up to make sure I was comfortable. I still dislike going to the dentist, but Dr. Diamond was excellent and efficient.

“Dr. Kara Diamond is GREAT!”

Dr. Diamond is wonderful!! She explained the work that needed to be done before she started. She and her staff answered all of my questions. As the procedure was being done Dr. Diamond also told me what she was about to do. She is gentle, thorough, and very professional. She also made me feel that my well-being was important to her. I HIGHLY recommend her!

Dr. Diamond is extremely caring, gentle, and professional. She puts you immediately at ease when you see her for a root canal. My root canal was challenging because the canals were narrow and there were five of them, but she handled it well.

“Very professional but overpriced”

Overall service and professionalism was satisfactory. However the cost was far higher then the average for a routine root canal. IMHO, unless you have a special case, I suggest you check with other providers before committing to AEW.

“Caring and meticulous ”

Dr. Diamond treated me for my root canal. There was no anxious wait as I was seen promptly at my appointment time. Dr. Diamond was attentive and caring while being meticulous in taking care of my tooth problem. I have complete confidence in her and recommend her without reservation.

“Excellent care, excellent practice ”

State of the art practice, from their equipment, the tests they do to ensure you need the procedure, and even asking all patients to use their hand sanitizer before a procedure. I felt in very capable hands with Dr Greenburg. I was happy to have found my way here after a consult with another endo. No comparison.

“Best of the Best”

The experience of having a root canal by Dr. Greenberg is amazing! I can say that because I came to him from a very poorly performed root canal by another dentist. Dr. Greenberg is caring, patient, and talented orthodontist. My story is unique, for sure, and Dr. Greenberg spent over a year restoring my tooth. He follows up with you by phone after each visit.
Truly, I believe there is no one like him. He is the Best of Best!

“Exceptional Treatment”

From the receptionists to the dental assistants to the very capable Dr. Greenberg, everyone I encountered was polite, considerate, highly efficient and effective. Root canals are not pleasant, but Dr. Greenberg and his staff worked very hard to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Dr. Greenberg has a very calm, professional demeanor which helped put me at ease. The White Plains office was quiet and serene both times I went. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Greenberg.

“Good experience. Would definitely recommend.”

Dr Diamond was very skilled and kind in treatment of a redo on a root canal. This was a much better experience than the original procedure done four years earlier by another provider. She keep me informed as to what was being done and was very concerned about my comfort.

I would recommend Dr. Diamond to anyone without hesitation because of the top-quality experience I had. She and her team were very considerate in making me comfortable, explaining the procedure, and creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere. Her skill was exemplary, and her manner was quiet and professional. I felt so reassured while she was working that I forgot my anxiety and relaxed, something very rare in a dentist's chair.

“Prompt, expert care”

Dr.Diamond was exceptionally professional and sensitive in providing endodontic care on very short notice. I appreciate that she persevered in trying to locate the largely calcified canal of my damaged tooth. Her assistant and office staff also enhanced the quality of my overall experience which was free of pain and uncomplicated by infection and untoward anxiety.

“Explained everything and made me feel very comfortable”

Dr. Greenberg saw me on a Saturday, got me out of pain, and helped even a very nervous patient like me feel comfortable and relaxed. He explained everything so I understood and I felt better almost immediately after the procedure. I'd recommend him to anyone who has the misfortune of needing a root canal!

“Fair, painless, convenient ”

He was a little condescending when delivering after-care instruction, but that's expected among young males in medical field. I would've appreciated it if he would relay the results to my general dentist via fax / e-mail, as she appeared clueless during my post-root canal visit--granted, it was 2 days after a long holiday weekend. What I really APPRECIATED was his quick action during an emergency. I had a 102.3 fever, my temp fell out & could barely walk w/ severe Flu symptoms, let along drive to Wh Plains the very next morning. Rather, he had another in-house doctor (not covered under my Plan) re-cement the temp at no charge on ANOTHER tooth/molar. Little things add up & the non-participating provider could've easily charged me for his time + labor, since it was another tooth originally treated by General DDS. I would feel comfortable going to this Endo-dontist in the future. Kudos!

“Probably the best and least anxiety provoking dental experience ever.”

He provided excellent descriptions of all procedures, and diagnostic tests and was available to answer all questions. His skill in administering novacaine to numb the region for work was skillful.
