From Katrina's sweet greetings at every appointment, to the care and attention I got from all of the nurses here including Diane, Tina, Renalda..the list goes on- my experience with the staff at Advanced Fertility Centers of Chicago has been nothing short of amazing. This process can be very stressful but everyone here makes it a fulfilling experience. I have always had all of my questions answered and have never felt like just another patient. I love this staff so much!

My husband and I were referred by a friend that like us were struggling to conceive a child. I am so grateful to that friend, since not only did we get our desired outcome on our first try, we had an amazing experience since they have such an amazing staff. We now happily refer our own friends. My husband and I have used their services a couple of times since. They saved me from losing another tube when I came in looking for their services again, only to find out I was already pregnant. They are so supportive. I have to specifically thank, Christen and Chesea who have been the most supportive and caring nurses. Since my last miscarriage, I'm already pregnant again and thus far this pregnancy is going well. Only God can grant my wish to have another child, but I am so grateful to have a place like this with staff like they do, to be my support through my fight. Thank you all so very much.

After 3 failed attempts at IVF at a different clinic, my husband and I researched and found The Advanced Fertility Center. Dr. Jones gave it to us straight that our chances were small. He was very positive in the fact that he would try his best and use all of his tricks to make it work. We were only fortunate enough to retrieve one egg, but that is all that it took. Both Dr. Jones and us were amazed, and now we are 8 weeks pregnant and thrilled to have gone on this journey with him.

I absolutely love Dr. Catenacci. After having bad experiences with several Fertility specialists, I was really looking for someone who would look at my case and spend time with me. After eight years and five previous doctors, I finally found the right one. Dr. Catenacci did what no other doctor could do.... she helped us get pregnant with our twins! She was honest from the beginning and told me that I would probably need donor eggs to achieve pregnancy but that she would help me get there no matter what I decided. After a couple of miscarriage and tough luck due to sickle cell trait, Dr. Irani confidently and respectfully saw me through my first IVF/PGD cycle. A couple of utlrasound and LOTS of needles later, I got my 6 weeks scan and a healthy heart beat came through. Best moment ever! The needles were wort it and Dr. Irani's protocol was perfect for me.

Dr. Irani was recommended to us by our accupuncturist, and he produced successful results for us on our first try. He's the best. He was always available to us (responding to emails late at night and on the weekends), and he personally called us with results. We cannot recommend him more.
