Hillary remembered me by face and name which was very nice considering I hadn't been in since the previous year! i was expecting a typical dr appointment. I didn't get that - I got a tour when I came in, introduced to everybody, and even a welcome new-patient bag. Totally pleasant surprise! But aside from niceties, the office is clean and professional and everybody definitely knows their stuff. They even helped me evaluate what problems I was looking to solve based on personal importance, rather than assuming what I was here to have fixed. Definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed the tour. That's new for any doctor office visit for me. Staff was very friendly. When I had a little trouble with the insurance they worked really fast to get me in to the exam. Dr was thorough with the exam. Although I did not get the answer I WANTED, I got the answer I needed. (No one wants to deal with floaters.) He did explain everything in depth to include options I had. Honestly the best optometry experience EVER!!
