Seeing Dr. Ghorbani has been a life changing experience. Not only did Dr. Ghorbani address the immediate issues, but listened and worked with me, adjusting his treatment plan to improve my quality of life. He has been thorough in explaining the treatment alternatives, including the pros and cons of each.

“Great doctor”

When I first came to the office I dint expect anything or good results, for the first time my pain went away after I started coming here. I am very optimistic about leaving life. “A chance at Normal”

I'm 33 years old and was dealing with constant back pain that limited my ability to work, exercise, drive, and honestly, it limited all of my experiences. I gained weight and could no longer work out. After the injections, I felt like I was given a second chance. Every day things no longer hurt, and I feel like I can work on losing weight as well as enjoying the simple things life offers. I can't thank Dr. G enough for this real chance at enjoying my youth.

Dr. Ghorbani has diagnosed my back with an pinched nerve, after one shot I am feeling much like myself. We have come up with a plan for the next six months to monitor my back... I Like A Plan. “surgeries and rehabilitation”

Dr. Ghorbani, has targeted the lumbar and cervical right collar excellently the Feburary 2nd and 16th 2024 procedures were good! Moreover, because of my life long injury to my right leg the sugery caused my right leg sciatica to cause my leg to go out from under me, it took 45 days to subside. After that my leg came back to me . So, we are going to redue it with the knowledge that I can overcome completely.My thanks to Vanessa, Michelle, Jay, Kelly and Sunni for their professional assiduity!

“Best decision I've made this year!”

I came in to see Dr. Cervieri for shoulder & tennis elbow that has been troublesome since early summer. I was in pain but was able to manage & keep up with my usual exercise, however it got to the point where I needed an evaluation from orthopedic doctor. After the initial evaluation, it deemed that I had tendonitis. Dr. Cervieri mapped out a plan of care which started with therapeutic exercises in PT. During my post-visit follow up I asked about PRP injections and if I was a good candidate for the procedure. I opted for a series of 3 injections. During the procedure, Dr. Cervieri shows exactly the area she is targeting. The Injection took about 10 mins total. The injected area was sore for a few days but that is common. My second injection went smooth as well and I could feel the improved results. I would say about 50% improvement since I opted to do the PRP injections. Best decision I have made so far. “Excellent pain care”

What I like best about APMI is that it offers a full range of services - injections, physical therapy, orthopedic doctors, and prescriptions (as needed). They are focused on providing options for reducing pain and being able to participate fully in life. The staff is friendly, professional, concerned and expert.

The physical therapy area is new and fully equipped with a wide range of options. Unlike other PT places I've been to, APMI PT sessions usually have only a few clients at a time and I get lots of one on one time with the therapist.

The epidural injections are done with the option to put the patient under during the procedure. This makes the experience a pleasure instead of one that I would dread because of the pain. Highly recommended!

“Exceptional care and attention to detail!”

Everything about my visit to this office was above my expectations. From the front office staff, to the assistant, to the in depth dialog with the doctor was more than I could have hoped. As someone with a complicated medical history, this was my last hope at becoming pain free, and Dr. Ghorbani helped lay out a realistic and thorough treatment plan that I am confident in, in addition to providing referrals for 2 other specialists. “360 Degrees of caring.”

My experience with Dr. Ghorbani has been exceptional. I travel from Baltimore to PG county on public transportation in order to make my appointments. I coordinated my scheduled of three buses and Marc train in order to make my appointments with Dr. Ghorbani and is worth it. To have a good doctor is one thing however to have an excellent support staff is another joy, you do not find that everywhere they go over and above to acomodated theneds of the patients.

“I have had a great experience with doctor Sunni , I'm on my way to recovery. I told her my issue and she addressed them.”

She is the best person ever to be with. She is the best provider I have ever seen in my life.
