The only problem I have currently is the new scheduling system- I need to come in at specific times as I have done for years! dr reed seems a bit rushed. could have been a bit more in tune to his paitent being slow to understand. was straight forward in what he could do. however at first seemed to have the mind set of what do you expect me to do, surgery is what you need. suregery is not an option due to copd. dr han recommended we trust him so we are here.

I came in today, registered, and asked the front desk staff where the restroom was. I was directed to the restroom with no mention of a specimen being needed. Once I got to the back for my exam, I was told I would need to give a urine specimen. I didn't mind giving one but I had to chug several cups of water to give the needed sample when I could have given it when I arrived.

They always listen and take into account my concerns, it's not 5 minutes uh huh, uh huh and then gone. I will keep visiting this place as long as the staff is so amazing. The front desk people are also friendly and accurate as well, I have never had a bad experience with them.
