“Right Shoulder PRP helped me get back to normal life”

After surgery on my right shoulder, I woke up in Recovery to the Surgeon telling me there was nothing he could do to fix my right shoulder. I was also informed that at the age of 53 I was too young for a total shoulder replacement.
I had a hard time dealing with this diagnosis because I could hardly use my arm anymore. Then I then talked to Dr. Santo and she suggested PRP therapy. She told me I shouldn't expect more than 50% relief and to be honest I was not optimistic of how well this would work.
I had the procedure on 9/27 and it was sore for 2 days, unlike surgery, which hurts for months. I did my exercises so it wouldn't freeze up everyday. After just 1 week I had more free motion than when I went in. After 2 weeks I felt even more confident that this was working. I had my checkup after 4 weeks and I was super excited to see Dr. Santo and show her the improvement, my range of motion is so much better, I couldn't be happier!

“Very pleased with procedure results”

Excellent customer service with Advanced PainCare. I had the Regenexx procedure done 3 weeks ago and I am so pleased with what I am seeing and being able to do with my left knee. I am now able to bend my knee and can walk up steps again with the aide of a brace, which I could not do for 6 months. I feel I am getting my life back again due to this procedure. I would recommend this for anyone. It really does work!!

“I went from being an anxious mess to a cool cucumber because of my visit with Dr. Santos!”

from beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. Dr Santos was professional, polite, caring, personable and put my mind at ease. She explained everything to me thoroughly, including future steps of what I would need to do after leaving the office so that there would be no confusion. Due to me being high risk from currently undergoing treatment for cancer, she offered me the longest time period between this appointment and my follow up. Therefore that is less time I will need to go out in to public and around others. Almost all my other physicians seem to rush through an appointment, do not take time to truly listen to me, are quick with their words and short with their sentences, and then leave right out the door. Dr. Santos is the opposite. I also appreciated very much that she thoroughly reviewed my records sent over prior to the appointment. Although this was only my first time with her, she definitely did her homework and knew quite a bit about my medical history and dx!!

Upon my first appointment there was a snow storm. Dr. Santo personally called me at home to tell me that even with the storm that my appointment was still scheduled and to call in the AM to see if they were able to get in. Low and behold I called the next morning to see if they were going to be open and guess who Dr. Santo answered the phone and I asked if they were open and she said well I'm here so I guess we are open. She told me to take my time and that she would be there. I have never visited another medical facility where the staff was so friendly and concerned with my pain. Dr. Santo spent time with my wife and I to explain my situation. From there she recommended the Platelet procedure which I agreed to. Upon entering for my procedure once again the entire staff couldn't have been any friendlier and concerned. During the procedure Dr. Santo was feeling my pain and was very concerned with my well being. I can not express enough my appreciation to her and her staff

I have been experiencing moderate to severe knee for several years. I wasn't ready for total knee replacement. “Right ShoulderBlood Platelettes”

Superb experience. Couldn't use my right arm . Had surgery, was told nothing could be fixed, too young for shoulder replacement. Saw Dr Santo about it and she suggested Blood Platelettes. I had no other options, so we had it done. Dr Santo asked if I would accept 50% better. Absolutely I would I am now at 45% and it's getting better every week. I am so happy and elated for this technology, I only wish I had known about this prior to other surgeries I've had through the years.
I would suggest this option for anyone, trust me, it works. Dr Santo was very honest and transparent about the whole procedure and everything she told me was true. This gave me my life back and I would have it done again in a heartbeat.

“I am walking and doing steps FANTASTIC!”

they took their time to explain everything they were doing. they aren't pushing you into doing unnecessary procedures. what they say will happen is exactly what happened, i can not believe that within the first week i was able to walk properly and by the second week i was able to walk up steps. if this is real i see this as being the beginning of the future of medicine. no surgery, no months of recovery, no worry of infections. this is great!

I really appreciate the sincerity and concern for my extreme back pain by the staff and Dr.Santo.

There are no words to express my gratitude and appreciation for making the necessary arrangements to be seen by Dr. Santo. From the very beginning the staff were unexpectedly professional. The lady at the front desk is awesome and professional. I have been to the emergency room twice, urgent care twice, Physical Theraphy three times, including seeing several doctors. I appreciate the fact the lady at front desk greets you with a smile as you enter the facility and her sense of caring is enormous. I don’t know the other staff members names but they too are absolutely the best.

Dr. Santo was the only Doctor that took the time to throughly explain the details of the x-ray and treatment plan for my chronic back pain since November 26, 2020. Sad to say that the other medical professionals kept treating the symptoms and not the source of the pain.

Dr. Santo has always been readily available and takes her time with me. I've never felt rushed in an appointment and I appreciate the good balance of using medicine and other procedures to help me versus not over using anything .

“Exceptional! Dr. Santo cured both of my pain issues.”

Dr. Santo used Regenexx HD PRP treatment to successfully treat an extremely painful plantar fasciitis injury. It has now been over one year and the pain has not returned. In addition, she successfully treated a SI injury with an injection that has also not returned.
Dr. Santo has a 100 percent track record eliminating two very painful injuries for me. I'm most satisfied with her pain care treatment and exceptional expertise. And she also is very personable and communicates extremely well!
