Then I was diagnosed with breast cancer and during my chemotherapy had issues with my ear canal and nasal passages. He helped me through that situation. I came back today for a followup and to discuss allergy drops. Always trust his advice.

My experience has been good. A few long scheduled appointment times for a brief encounter with employees- waiting to go into room and sometimes long periods in room waiting for next person. Have asked to be scheduled on a day different due to personal reasons and not they were not able to help reschedule me and have been asked to move my scheduled appointment- from 2 weeks out -to a different day to get in other patients the day before. All the staff is friendly and caring of the patients.

I was told the appointment could take up to 2 hours. I started to get worried after I had been there around 35 minutes without being checked in. Overall, I would consider it a good experience. The week leading up to the surgery was very disorganized, but that is more the staff than Dr. Cilento. I took a number of phone calls and follow up to make sure everything was set and my prescriptions were on order. I also had to request to see the simulated results the morning before the surgery, since I had not had that conversation before. The day of surgery went smoothly, and Dr. Cilento was very attentive. I think he is a very competent doctor and cares about getting you the best result. You would be in very good hands with Dr. Cilento.

Thankfully the wait wasn’t too long, but by the time I got out, the lobby was full. The lady that brought me back was nice. When Dr Cilento came in, he asked about my symptoms, did a quick examination, and had me on a treatment plan. I feel confident that my troubles will be resolved. When I checked out, Jennifer was very sweet and made the process fast. I saw that they offered skin treatments as well and she told me that they are opening a medspa next door. I gave her my contact info and am looking forward to visiting when that opens.
