“Arrogant and Incompetent”
After waiting 3 hours in Dr. Higgins office with my eyes dilated, he dashed in, tugged roughly at my eyes while bragging about what an amazing doctor he is, then diagnosed me with "macular degeneration". He told me there is no treatment or cure, but he wanted to see me every three months. When I changed from Horizon to Medicare he didn't want to see me again. I recently went to a different doctor that tested me and said I do not have "macular degeneration".
