My Review: What can i say, uh, the very best implant process and surgery I have experienced at the UW. I am speaking from experience since this is my 4th implant. Absolutely zero post surgery pain is a real pleasant shock. The surgery itself was the fastest, the least amount of X-rays, also the least amount of discomfort. All of this adds up to 6 stars on a 5 star rating, "awesome"pure and simple. Thank you Dr, Yassin for the best care ever. Bill, Tacoma WA

i was very fortunate to have Dr Yassain as my doctor at UW dental school clinic. Dr Yassain performed 2 implants and a nasal floor augmentation for me. I also had 6 implants with 2 other doctors at the UW dental school. Both surgery went very well for me. He has gentle hands that greatly provide more comfort during surgery. I did not feel any pain or discomfort while him performing the surgery. My surgery takes at least 3 to 4 hours and during those times he make sure i am comfortable and doing well while he performs a very complex surgery. He is very knowledgeable and sure knows what he is doing. He definitely has the expertise of a dental implant doctor and cares about the comfort of his patience during and after the surgery. Dr Yassain is very patient explaining all the details that i wanted him to explain to me and answers all my concerns. Dr Yassain is awesome! My best oral dental surgeon!

Dr. Yassin was extremely experienced and skillful. I trusted him explicitly. He was very patient and explained things extremely thoroughly. I asked a lot of technical questions and he answered all of them. He was personable and easy to work with. I enjoyed having him as my dental surgeon.

I am so glad that I got to have Dr. Yassin fix a 43 year old problem for me. He has always been very clear with his explanations of procedures, and has also been very accurate with how my healing process would go. He was right, the 3rd day after surgery was the worst! I am so glad for him to graduate (again) from his Periodontal Internship. I am slso very glad he will be settling in the northwest so now I can recommend him to friends and family if they have periodontal needs. I am very thankful for the care he gave me and am happy I got to know him. The UW should be very proud of him as a representative of their department. Live long and prosper and Bravo Dr. Yassin!

Dr. Yassin and the UW team diagnosed a cracked tooth root that my primary dentist could not see on routine x-ray. Yassin pulled the tooth, placed an implant and bone graft. A mechanical problem occurred with this implant, and so it had to be removed and replaced. At this time of his graduation and leaving the UW, I am well on my way to full healing; my final care at UW will be handled by another resident, and I will have a crown placed by my primary dentist in about 3 months.

I needed treatment on one of my front teeth. I met with Dr. Alla Yassin. During first consultation Dr Yassin did comprehensive examination of my teeth and gum. He explained my options for treatment of my front tooth. He recommended implant and gum graft. After several visits I had my implant about a year ago. Dr Yassin did the surgery and implant and had his professor review his work. The professor told me he did excellent job and I was very happy the whole experience turned out as I had wished

I first visited with Dr Yassin for what I thought I needed a gum graph. I have since learned a lot about the situation with my teeth. He took very good care of explaining and took the time to see me. He communicated with other department and myself to make sure I received the best treatment. I am very happy with the results and the care I received.

Dr. Yasin has always been a conscientious doctor committed to giving me the best treatment that I could obtain for my issues. Also he is a very caring supportive doctor always providing an environment where I could feel safe and trustful of our process which was very complicated and sometimes painful. I always feel reassured that I was being given the best care. I also appreciated that Dr. Yasin was available for questions and concerns in between our office visits--he was very responsive to problems I was having no matter what time of day or night. For example, being calling the pharmacy for an antibiotic even in the evening when I had a bad sinus reaction/infection related to surgery. I will miss Dr. Yasin and know tht who ever receives treatment from him can have full confidence that he will give them the best and most quality care they could receive from any dentist or surgeon.

As a dental professional I was very picky when choosing the provider for my connective tissue graft. Having seen Dr. Yassin's work, I was impressed with the level of skill and care he executed during each surgery he performed. When it came time for me to have my connective tissue graft, Dr. Yassin was attentive to listen to my concerns and explained all parts of the procedure with me. I appreciated the time and focus he was willing to take to talk with me during each visit. Dr. Yassin made himself easily accessible for any questions I had post-op and responded promptly. I was so pleased with the service from Dr. Yassin that I recommended my own mother to him for her periodontal needs! I would recommend Dr. Yassin to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, attentive periodontist.
