I have had Dr. Ronaldo Macam as my dentist for the last 16 years of my life. I have complete trust when he performs his job, as I always with a clean and whiter smile. This is the same dentist office that I with throughout my whole braces process and my teeth came out straight without any problems. I always look forward to my dental check-ups as Dr. Macam strives to ensure a healthy set of chompers, as well as gives advice towards any problems that you may have.

First, the office always does its best to keep a calming and soothing mood from the moment you step into it at whatever time of the day. The assistant at the front desk is always in the best mood and will greet you right away and ask about your day. Second, they always try to be as punctual as possible with their appointments, and if they do have you waiting, they won't have you waiting long. Third, Dr. Macam does not make you nervous about going to the dentist's office at all. He's always asking for your life updates from the last time (which for me usually is 6 months in between) and it's like the conversation can pick up right where it left off. His dental care is always straight and to the point and he doesn't waste time recommending unnecessary treatments, and he gives you your diagnosis and makes sure you understand him. I haven't had a bad experience at all.
