My practice focuses on growth in the present and future. While the past may be playing a significant role in current conflicts, it does not define the present choices a couple or individual can make to work on strengthening their relationships. My practice has offices in Miracle Mile and Calabasas, and specializes in helping couples reduce conflicts and improve their communication, which is also helpful in pre-marital counseling. I work with individuals as well, to address transitions, poor focus, and accountability concerns.
