Our experience at Westrock in Bentonville has been great! I had 2 teenage boys go from closed mouth and hiding their chompers to the biggest most confident grins! Their teeth look amazing and it has always been quick in and out for their appts. The staff is professional and easy to deal with, and the location is always clean. So happy we made the choice to come here, great experience.

Dr. Redmond is always thorough and professional. He always answers my bazillion questions and concerns. The girls in the Ortho room are always so friendly and recognize me by name. Any time I need to call about something, whoever answers always takes care of my concern quickly.

Comes across very unfriendly. Does not explain what is being done or the plan of treatment, that is all explained by his very knowledgeable and friendly assistant. I don't doubt his professional knowledge, but sems to definitely lack people skills

I’ve had my braces for 5 years and I’m more than ready to get them off, but the past 3 visits I’ve been seen by Ashley and she’s the best!! Really good at explaining what they’re doing and just good at talking with us. Definitely makes the experience a lot better.
