“Dr Kahn is not bad”
Dr Kahn is a good doctor at heart. I believe he is trying to help so many people and that is why the wait is so long. And yes he does write prescriptions for patients in pain but only if your follow what he asks you to do. Clean urine test and follow up with any other doctors you have to according to your sickness. He has always done what I've asked him to. If I need a test then he will run that test. If i need a referral, I get that too. He is in and out fast but I believe that is because he is trying to help as many people as he can. And I think that the bad comments are coming from patients who he has let go because they were there just for drugs.
I am sick with a disease that no doctor can really do much except keep me comfortable and Dr Kahn has done that. He has always made sure I had my medications when I need them.
People who have been fired or discharged from him are just mad because of their own circumstances I have and would recommend Dr Kahn to friends and family. Now a days not many doctors take on a patient who has a chronic pain problem because they are afraid of the government, but Dr Kahn sicks his neck out there for his patients only to have some of those patients stab him in the back.
I have been with Dr Kahn for over 5 years, since he started in Sumner, we have had our disagreements, but he has always been good to me. If it wasn't for him I would be bed ridden because of my pain cause by my A.S.
So before you go and try to take a doctor down....maybe you should check yourself. Are you really sick? Have you been diagnosed with a sickness that calls for the medication you want? Or are you just mad because you can't get over on him?
Dr Kahn follows the rules and if you can't, then he will fire you as his patient. He will not risk his job just to give a drug seeker their medication.
