Dr Barth was excellent, very thorough and personable ! I had one office visit after researching Gastro Drs. I chose her based on her ratings. “She listened to my fears even though she probably didn't totally agree or understand them.”

Dr Barth suggested an endoscopy but I declined due to my fears of complications from that. She was willing to let me complete the course of medication and see what happens after. I appreciate her kindness and sensitivity to my fears. Good first visit.

I was referred to Dr. Barth by my primary care physician Dr. Gordon Wang. He requested an expeditious appointment, and I was scheduled for the following day. Amazing!
I was pleased with my experience and given a plan to determine cause of my issue.
When I left I was handed a paper that I thought covered what was discussed in our meeting. However, there were some items on the paper that did not click with any of our discussion. I.e. Long Term Proton Pump Inhibitor (nothing related to my issue that I know of). Discussion of supplements provided (none). These left me confused as to what this had to do with my situation.
Other than that, I have no complaints.
