Atlantic Internal Medicine (AIM) is a primary care practice that has been a pillar of the Brunswick County, NC medical community since 1986. It has remained small and independent despite pressure from the current healthcare system to provide assembly line care. We preserve the physician-patient relationship that is increasingly at risk. In 2018 Dr. Richard Crane, the practice owner, created Atlantic Internal Medicine Plus; a concierge membership program that takes the concept of personalized care even further. The goal of Atlantic Internal Medicine Plus is to provide you with a top-level patient experience that meets Dr. Crane's high standards for delivering medical care.
