They make sure the patient not only understands and "sees" what's wrong, but how they're going to fix it and why. After experiencing trauma with my tooth and needing a root canal, I was very nervous about the whole process of bleaching it as well. However, Dr. Baudean and the assistants made me feel very comfortable and talked me through everything.
