Auburn University Medical Clinic (AUMC) provides medical services on a fee-for-service basis, meaning patients (or their insurance provider) pay for medical services only when used. EAMC has partnered with AUMC to provide professional medical services and management.
On September 23, 2024, we were notified by our third-party vendor, Change Healthcare, that some of our patients' PHI was affected by a data security incident they experienced in February 2024. Change Healthcare is notifying patients on behalf of Auburn University Medical Clinic. Change Healthcare has established a toll-free call center and dedicated website to provide further information about the incident.
