I went to Baum Chiropractic and saw Dr. Baum and the other 2 chiropractor Dr, Cindy and Dr Jennifer. They examined me thoroughly and took x-rays. They explained chiropractic care to me and went over my x-rays. I was given a care plan which included chiropractic adjustments, massage and exercise therapy. I have been going for the past few weeks and I feel so much better. I am able to move my neck and lower back easier and with a lot less discomfort. I actually enjoy going to the office for care

“I feel light again”

I felt so tense before coming in. As soon as i stepped into the room Dr. Baum went into asking questions to determine the reasons for my soreness and pain. He showed me a few exercises that immediately relived pain before we even got to the adjustment. Getting up from the adjustment, i feel lighter. Weight lifted off my entire body.

When I started first started coming in for adjustments I could not walk more than a few blocks and could not run at all. My feet, ankles, legs, knees and lower back were in in constant pain. I had difficult sleeping at night.

After just 6 visits of receiving chiropratic adjustments, I can walk a mile with no pain and the other day I ran half a block to catch the bus.

I immediately felt safe and in good hands. The doctors are obviously very experienced and knowledgeable and they take their time with each patient to ensure that they make the correct diagnosis and give the right treatment. It is not a given that doctors listen carefully, even though it should be.

One of the most important things to me is trust. It is essential that I feel I can trust the doctors implicitly when they make any adjustments, but I also need to trust everyone and know they have my best interests at heart. This is an excellent practice in every way, and I highly recommend it.

Considering I arrived in this office two weeks ago with a minimum of seventeen points of pain. I have had scoliosis for sixty years, hospitalized in 2014 and numerous physical and occupational therapy sessions. I have made considerable progress with the most noteworthy advancement being with the paraphin therapy on my hands. I suffered an injury about three years ago and the intense heat from the paraphin has made an eighty percent improvement after only two sessions. The hands were also Xrayed and evaluated by a radiologist. All in all, the doctors and general therapy assistants etc. are extremely professional and caring. I have nothing but good things to impart about this facility.

Dr. CindY Pekofsky is an outstanding Chiropractic Physician and an outstanding human being.

I have a slipped disk between C-5 and C-6. I injured myself at the gym. I was in real pain. I went to two orthopedic surgeons and the choices were not good. My pharmacist recommended Dr. Cindy to give it a try. I did not believe in Chiropractors but much to my surprise Dr. Cindy has relieved my pain, my symptoms have improved tremendously and almost gone.

All the good things I say about Dr. Cindy will fall short of her capabilities and human dimension.
