Located adjacent to Baxter Regional Crossroads Medical Clinic at 1420 Hwy 62-65 in Harrison, the clinic will be the practice of cardiologist Ron Revard, MD. We are proud to welcome Dr. Revard and his staff to the Baxter Regional Family.
To prevent any disruption in care during the transition, current patients of Dr. Revard should complete and sign an Authorization to Release Medical Information Form. It is recommended that patients complete one of the following options to request that medical records are transferred to Baxter Regional Cardiology Clinic at Harrison:
