“A great result from a bad situation”

Dr. Ashraf was prompt, caring, and very compassionate with my 77 Year old mother when she had a unexpected injury which resulted in a broken hip requiring a Hip Replacement.
We were traveling and about 380 miles from "home".
She was up and walking in only several days.

Dr. Ali Ashraf and his team are the best! They are extremely professional, qualified and caring. We are so glad we went with Ali for the surgery and care. Ali was very good at explaining the procedure and keeping the family updated through the process. He goes the extra step to make sure the patient is well cared for before and even after the procedure is completed. Would recommend him 100% He was a blessing for our family!

“I would recommend Dr Ashraf to anyone that needed assistance in sports medicine”

My son unfornately had to have 2 knee surgeries in one year. One on each knee. Dr Ashraf was very good at explaining what happend at the time of injury and explaining what needed to be done to fix it and get my son back up and ready for sports again. It was a long year but we were patient with the process and took all of Dr. Ashrafs advice because we wanted the healing the process to be successful.

“I can use my arm again!”

I had decided I would have to "live with" the pain and inability to rotate my arm in different ways. A friend recommended I see Dr. Ashraf and he diagnosed the torn rotator cuff almost immediately. Further tests proved that there were indeed significant tears in the tendonds of the rotator cuff and he got me into surgery immediately and found that the condition of my tendons was actually worse than he thought they would be. After 3 months of therapy, I am seeing great results and looking forward to the improvement that happens when I see Dr. Ashraf 3 months from now.

My 15 year old son needed surgery to fix his knee. Dr Ashraf was so great to work with us from setting the date of surgery to the surgery itself and most importantly after the surgery. The entire experience has been great. When you are in pain, you don't want to deal with more stress and "pain" at the doctor's office. Dr. Ashraf and his staff made the process and easy and possible and helped me through each step. Dr Ashraf performed surgery to repair a pectoral tendon tear. He took the time to explain the procedure as well as options. He listened and answered all questions I had. Surgery went extremely well even though there was some scarring on the tendon. Recovery has been trouble free. Dr Ashraf takes the time to make sure you understand everything that is going to happen, from pre-op to post-op. I am so happy he was the ortho on call when i had my accident.
Another great aspect of Dr Ashraf, in my opinion, is that you are seen ON TIME. His office is run very efficiently and Carmen is a joy to see when you come in the door. She always has a cheery demeanor and a smile!

Dr. Ashraf is caring physician and a great surgeon. I was really on the fence about getting my ACL reconstruction done. He was very understanding about my concerns and did not push me to get my surgery. He gave me the time to decide after doing my own research. The surgery and post-op course was smooth and uneventful. The PT followed Dr. Ashraf's protocol and I recovered really well. His office team were very helpful and always available to answer my calls and re-schedule appointments. My daughter is very active. She broke her wrist when she fell off her bike...the second broken bone in her 10 years. Dr. Ashraf was recommended by the ER and it has been an amazing experience. He was very kind and compassionate toward my daughter. We went to Scottish Rite for her first broken bone and her doctor there wasn't compassionate to her concerns as a child. “Great Surgeon”

With Dr. Ashraf this unfortunate experience with ankle was a seamless recovery process from the initial visit, to the surgery and post surgery follow ups. He’s been nothing but great and I hope I don’t ever break nothing again, but if I do I will only be requesting Dr. Ashraf.

“Absolutely one of the best doctors I've ever worked with personally.”

Dr. Ashraf is probably one of the best doctors I've ever had to work with. His demeanor, knowledge and overall care for the patient reflects in how he covers the details of the task/surgery at hand and continues on through both the surgery and outpatient and as part of his follow up care. I will definitely be referring Dr. Ashraf to anyone that needs suggestions for Ortho in the future. Thank you for such a great overall experience.

“Great doctor who listens and then explains in clear terms what is wrong and how to fix it.”

I had a torn rotator cuff and Dr. Ashraf did a wonderful job explaining what this meant, what can be done and what the future holds as this is the second surgery on that shoulder (15 years apart). Surgery went well, he was responsive to my questions following it and in all our follow up appointments. Probably the best bed side manner of any Dr I have ever been to. Thank you for putting me back together!!

“Very caring and knows the process.”

Dr. Ashraf's explanations are thorough. I was very scared because it was my first surgery and he was able to guide me through. I think the fact that he has experienced broken wrists himself makes him more sensitive to his patients. Also, I love that Dr. Ashraf only does one surgery a day so he can concentrate fully on the surgery with fresh eyes.

“The Doctor did an amazing job,relieving my pain, and increasing my comfort level!”

Dr. Ashraf has been a most personal and casring provider for me. I have had two experiences with him in his profession. Both times, I have been completely satisfied with the outcome. M y forst experience was after having a motorcycle accident, and having compartment syndrome of my lower right leg, his surgery and follow up concern was an overall amazing adventure.I learned an incredible amount of medical knowledge from listening, and being involved in my recovery. His latest procedure on my left knee has been another experience. He has relieved my pain , which I've had for a very long time, and I am more active than I had been in a long time.
I am very pleased, and so happy my pain is gone. It allows me to get back into activities I have curtailed over the last two years!

Great bedside manner, very attentive, and informative. My son broke his collar bone from a football injury. Dr. Ashraf performed surgery on it and my son is completely healed and pain free thanks to his expertise in his specialty. My son loves this doctor.
