“5 yr. old son getting cavities filled while being sedated”

I was a very nervous mom coming in to get my 5yr old sons cavities filled while being sedated. The office staff Kelly and Candis and even Joanie were so cheerful and helpful the whole time and all the way to the end while checking out with Nicole. Dr. Jimmy made both my sons and myself laugh and feel so comfortable right away. During the procedure Dr. Jimmy communicated with my son and myself and reassured us along the way how he was doing. Everything went better than expected, we even got done early. I would definitely recommend Bel Air Smiles to all my friends.

Today I had an appointment with Dr. DiGiovanni for him to assess a recent crown I had done. Unfortunately, it was determined that I needed a root canal. Dr. DiGiovanni was able to squeeze me into his schedule last minute. I had no pain during the entire procedure and he explained every step very thoroughly. 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely outstanding dentist with an incredible bed-side manner. I have extreme phobia in having procedures performed. Dr. Schall made my experience pain free, comforting, and constantly checked in to make sure that I was OK. He makes me feel like he actually cares about our well-being as patients. I didn't think it was possible to feel so calm, comfortable and at ease during a dental procedure. I can't say enough about what an amazing experience this was for me. Dr Jimmy was a lifesaver! I had a temporary crown break off and was in instant pain. I contacted Smile Partners and the receptionist, Christine informed that that I could be seen right away. She also gave me great advice to not speed down the hill 155 coming into town. Dr Jimmy was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. His dental assistant, Vasilios was also so warm and friendly. I would highly recommend Smile Partners! Not only is the practice located on the water but the entire office makes you feel like you are a family member.

Prior to seeing Dr. Jimmy, I had avoided visiting a dentist in over 20 years. My previous experiences resulted in a phobia of any dental procedure. I made an appointment for my youngest son (4 years old), and the compassion I witnessed was simply wonderful. Dr. Jimmy is not only extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his field, he possesses a chair side manner that is simply second to none. Needless to say, I made an appointment and have received the highest level of care at each appointment. Dr. Jimmy is not only a world class dentist, he is an exemplary human being who has restored my faith and trust in dentistry. I feel a great gratitude that I found this gentleman.

After a 20 year absence from any dental establishment, it was Dr. Schall (Dr. Jimmy), who restored my faith and trust in the profession. As a child in the United Kingdom, I had endured some terrible dental experiences that had resulted in an unshakable fear of any dental visit, even a glimpse of the dental chair was sufficient to raise my heart rate! After witnessing how this gentleman work on my little one, I was astounded at the level of care of compassion that was shown. Dr. Chizmar's staff is wonderful, and Dr. Chizmar is a kind and gentle dentist. Dr. Chizmar has been my dentist for years and he makes going to the dentist a fun experience.

“Wonderful Dental Visit”

Wonderful visit with Dr. Kaplan and his assistant Lori. They took great care of me and my dental needs.
I highly recommend Bel Air Smile Partners, from the time I walked into the office until I left the building, the Staff took great care of me. They truly showed their care and concern for me.
