I was told by my dermatologist that Dr. Alpert was the best - and he is. He is so present whenever you are with him from the first consultation to the final appointment. A friend had a face lift with Dr Alpert, she looks great. She knew Dr Alpert as her urologist husband went to medical school with Dr Alpert. He said Dr Alpert was the smartest student in the class and an incredibly skilled surgeon. I presumed I would go see 3 different surgeons before making a decision, but after meeting Dr Alpert and seeing some of his other before and after results, I knew he was the one. I didn't even bother to meet with another surgeon. Key for me was a natural look. I have my own business, have a number of clients for over 20 years, and didn't want to look "done" or unnatural. People now comment on how well I look, but no one can guess (although I am happy to tell anyone who asks.) Beyond the lower face lift and eye work I wondered about a brow lift. Dr Alpert explained why he didn't recommend that for me. I really appreciate that in a surgeon - he could have recommended more and charged more, but he told me honestly what would work best for me. My aesthetician, who works in a medical practice, also highly recommended Dr Alpert. She has a number of clients who have had work with him and she plans to one day use him too. While getting cleared for surgery my internist also mentioned that she thought Dr Alpert was a very good surgeon (she had another patient that week who was also getting cleared for surgery with Dr Alpert). Everyone in Dr Alpert's office is super nice. It's a highly professional, friendly place. HIGHLY recommend. You deserve it and you deserve a great surgeon like Dr Alpert.

I came to Dr. Alpert for a consultation about facial work, and he was very clear with his diagnosis and description of the recommended procedure. He has a very down to earth, easy going manner and he listens carefully to the patient. His entire office staff is friendly, welcoming , efficient and very professional.
Now to the good part. I had a face lift, upper and lover eyelids done two weeks ago, and I look like I did ten years ago. I went back to work 10 days after my surgery, and with come concealer under my eyes, no one could tell I had surgery. I am a hairdresser and over the last 35 years I have seen the results of face lift surgery on countless clients. I have seen some good results and I have seen some horrific results, and I have taken mental note of the results and who did the work. Dr. Alpert's patients always looked the best. Two weeks after surgery they all looked amazing. Never too pulled, never too bruised, never ever fake.

I grew up in Southern California where plastic surgery is common as sun screen is necessary. That being said, those who have gone "under the knife" usually look like they have been altered.
