I knew Doctor Bloom was going to be different than the other Doctors I had inquired because when I emailed him, he responded that same day-- within hours! I've NEVER had that happen, ever! When we met He was completely engulfed in our conversation and getting to know me as a person and patient. He always had an answer to my questions-no matter how crazy or repetitive. He always spent as must time as I needed, and wouldn't end our appointment until i made it clear that i was satisfied and understood everything he explained. After my surgery he gave me his person cell # and told me to call or text whenever. And I did, a lot! His patience with me was amazing and he deserves a merit!
