I've been really pleased with Dr Lai's treatment of me as a whole. He explains things in plain language and I never feel rushed or pressured. I found my testosterone injections to be such a difference for me with my energy and mood, and I like the fact that he doesn't only focus on hormones, he looks at other things going on with my health like lowering my cholesterol level without statin drugs or helping increase my bone density with both hormones and supplements. He's also willing to admit when he doesn't know something, and refers to a different type of specialist when needed, which I think is great that he knows what he knows and what he doesn't know!

I've been really pleased with Dr Lai's treatment of me as a whole. He explains things in plain language and I never feel rushed or pressured. I found my testosterone injections to be such a difference for me with my energy and mood, and I like the fact that he doesn't only focus on hormones, he looks at other things going on with my health like lowering my cholesterol level without statin drugs or helping increase my bone density with both hormones and supplements. He's also willing to admit when he doesn't know something, and refers to a different type of specialist when needed, which I think is great that he knows what he knows and what he doesn't know!
