Whenever my mother and I have had a last minute need or emergency, the staff and doctor are very willing to make it happen and accommodate our needs and schedules. Always polite and ready to answer any of our questions. Very willing to go the extra mile to help us and attend to us. Never hesitant or rushing through question and explanation of procedures.

Have been coming here for years. Kinda is very friendly and gives her best always. She does very good work in a short time. Unfortunately her office is not as available as it once was. Often overbooked and for emergencies there is a wait time. Her office staff is very complimentary as well.

I've been a patient of Dr. Yacoub for over 10 years. She is very nurturing and knowledgeable in her field and beyond. She's family oriented and made my daughter's first experience very comfortable when she had her first check up at the tender age of 4yrs old. She's also extremely attentive as well. My daughter needed braces and she referred us to a wonderful orthodontist and monitored progress. She also noticed early bone loss in my teeth, which prompted me to get more focused on my bone health. Her staff emulates her personality, I recommend her highly because you'll be in great hands.

I have been a patient with Dr. Yacoub for almost 10 years. She has always taken excellent care of me. I remember the first time I had to get a root canal. I was so scared. Dr. Yacoub explained the entire procedure and called me 24hrs afterwards to check on my status. She always asks about how I am doing and genuinely cares about her patient's overall well-being.

Dr Kinda is by far the best dentist that my family and I have encountered. She is extremely personable and takes the time to listen to the client and find the root of all the problems you can be having. She does excellent work with minimal follow up and she took care of my kids with such ease that they actually enjoy going to the dentist. Not only would I recommend her for regular service but for emergencies as well. Even if at home, she calls you directly to make sure you are doing ok! Her prices are the most reasonable we've encountered and we wont go to anyone else!! Her office and staff are beyond professional and also take extreme pride in their work as well. We love Dr. Kinda and recommend her to anyone in need!!!!

“Best office and staff EVER - amazing doctor”

I came into the office as an emergency and tremendous pain. Dr Yacoub saw me right away and knew exactly what issues I was having with my tooth. She fixed the issue and got rid of the pain in a matter of minutes. She was so thorough with her work and was so patient with me because I do have a phobia with dental offices. I highly recommend Dr. Yacoub's office to anyone who is looking for an honest, sweet, and efficient dentist. Cant wait to come see her again for my cleaning! The front desk staff was also amazing. Mary was great and helped me figure out my insurance and what it covered for my visit. Great experience!!!!!

I was never a fan of the dentist but at the end of the day my mouth is getting taken care of. I had a lot of work that needed to get done and the Doctor is doing her best to help me. I came to Brookside when I was in a lot of pain and Gail, Mia & Dr. Yacoub took me in faster than any other office could and took measures to alleviate my pain immediately. The walked me through the steps of my root canal so that I was comfortable and confident with next steps. Since then I've done all of my cleanings with Brookside and have always felt that the communication was clear, friendly, timely and consistent. My cleanings are thorough and I plan on bringing my little girl here when she's of age.
