“Unable to schedule follow up procedure”
Dr. Brooks did a tooth extraction in late January on a rush basis and I was very pleased. I was told to call back in March for a consultation for a tooth implant to replace the large gap towards the front of my mouth. It is now almost June. I was always told to "call back next month" "let me check with the Dr and I will call you back" (NEVER a returned call). Now, over 4 months after the initial extraction, I was told that he is too busy over the summer doing wisdom teeth to schedule the implant. WHAT? I asked why I was not told this months ago and she said "I cannot pressure the doctor, I work for him". So, I guess that existing, returning patients take a back seat to new, one and done clients? If I had been made aware of this in January, I could have already scheduled with another oral surgeon for the implant procedure. Not pleased and will not return or refer anyone to his practice. He is obviously too busy.
