I went to 2-3 sessions per week. VFP-PT helped me know the nature of the problem and provided exercises to alleviate it. There was very great improvement over this period of time. I've been in chronic back pain since my back surgery that didn't work , using a cane and taking pain medication for several years. Dr. Lucas Campos is very efficiently and provided his analysis of my situation. He recommended steroid shots for the inflammation and nerve pain blocking. 1 day after the 4 hour procedure practically all of my pain was gone. It's only been 3 weeks, but as anyone who has experienced chronic back pain, if it only lasted for a month , it was well worth it. Hopefully it will last for many months to come.
