“Top Shelf Service”

I recently went for an eye exam with Dr. Cannon. Dr. Cannon was recommended to me and I can absolutely agree with the referral recommendation that I was given. Dr. Cannon performed a very detailed and thorough examination, taking time to educate me about the process as he conducted the exam. His domain expertise is obvious and his personal nature and approach are very reassuring and give you a great level of comfort and confidence.
I look forward to working with Dr. Cannon for my ongoing and future optical medical needs and I highly recommend the Cannon EyeCare team to anyone requiring some attention for their eye health.

“Great to work with and a great contact lens coach !”

Dr.Cannon was great to work with. He's really easy going and provided great feedback and support while trying out contact lenses for the first time. I feel confident about sticking my fingers in my eyes now as well as using soft contact lenses.

“Thorough Check with Lots of Useful Health Information”

I was looking for getting a pair of contact lenses, I found Dr. Cannon on Zocdoc. He is very thorough in terms of eye health check and determining my perscription. In addition he provides a whole lot of helpful information of how to keep my perscrption stable and eye caring basics.

“Top notch Optometrist in the U-District”

I have had nothing but good experiences with Cannon EyeCare. I went to see Doctor Mark Cannon with some fairly severe irritation in both of my eyes that had been persisting for over a month. I had tried a variety of over the counter eye drops and medications, and had even been prescribed medication by my own doctor, but nothing was working. I was recommended to make an appointment with doctor Cannon and I'm glad I was.
Even though I am generally uncomfortable with anything to do with the eyes, Doctor Cannon made me feel completely at ease during the eye exam. Even better, he almost immediately was able to diagnose me and prescribed medication that had me feeling better literally overnight. I was truly amazed.
In addition, he did his best to ensure that my insurance would cover as much of my treatment, which was highly appreciated.
I would highly recommend Cannon EyeCare. I know I certainly will not be going anywhere else if ever need an optometrist.

“My whole experience was easy, pleasant, convenient and helpful! ”

Dr. Cannon was very kind and patient as I shared a laundry list of concerns. He was detailed and thorough with the exam, provided ample information about options for both treatment and insurance coverage. Staff was friendly and helpful with both reminders and rescheduling.

Dr. Cannon examined my 8 year old son and helped us understand ways to help stabilize his prescription in an easy way. He was patient with him but also spent time getting to know him. Super friendly and thorough. We had a great experience!
