“Unethical”
Her practice, which she is the director, refused to give me a copy of my son's record even after being given all necessary medical records, and a court order. The treating clinician told me the diagnosis over the phone and stated that they would send the documents to me immediately and then she called me back the following day and redacted her previous statements, when they realize they messed up treating my son without the proper custody order.
