The provider was professional and provided excellent patient care, but the radiologist and one other staff after finishing to scan my leg gave me a tissue paper to clean off the gel used during this process, then told me the provider will come to get me and left. They did not even lower the bed for me to get off the bed or take out the chair that was used , so I got trapped. Before they even started the scanning, there was no self introduction and explanation done by any of them , then the other staff started by pulling out my leg then began scanning without offering a word to me. Though they did a good job in scanning my legs, my safety and dignity was neglected. I believe in positive criticism and I hope that , my review will help eliminate unintentional errors of this type.
