“Doctor was Great, Front Desk wasn't”
Doctor was patient, willing to listen, explain any questions and concerns.
I wass givn the recommendations to schedule for the procedure. Scheduling went well with the front desk, and checking at the beginning went well also, to be fair. Not so nice experience happened when I went back after leaving from down the hall, all within minutes, because I wanted to know how much the procedure would cost so I can plan financially and decide whether to proceed on the procedure. They gave me attitude, told me it will be $40 like always and whatever is left I'll have to pay 20%, not willing to help more. I pushed back saying that I understand that, I want the actual rate of the procedure and what 20% of that might be, then the lady worked out the estimate clearly showing displeasure. I understand if it was busy time and I'm asking for help andthe time that they don't have, there was nobody else there. Just be nice next time and help your customers, and don't become upset.
