The technician and the nurse that I saw today, were very professional. The technician took his time with me explained what the process would be and the nurse looked at my current pictures and scans and compared them to the ones taken 6 years ago and how my legs have improved. To determine why my ankles were swelling the doctor ordered a sonogram to see if there was a blood clot or a vain issue in my legs. He determined that the swelling was due to scar issue that formed after knee replacement surgery 6 months ago. His careful testing and analysis of my situation has caused him to give me an accurate prognosis and treatment plan. I am extremely grateful for his kind manner and excellent expertise.

I was seen in a very short time. When I was waiting in the office tho, I watched a video on ‘blood in veins’—informative and a good way to pass the time!
I think the office is a bit small—dressing areas were limited.
I was wishing that the tech who did the scans would tell me what I was seeing but maybe that generally is not a good thing.
She armed to skim over what I considered the problem areas on my left leg, spending more time on the ‘healthy’ leg.
The nurse was helpful and told me about compression socks.
Check out was easy.

I was amazingly satisfied from the moment I arrived to the end of my visit. The receptionist was extremely calm and helpful. Her sweet spirit allowed me to be calm and eager to meet the team. The first doctor was very sweet and I meet a new friend. The physician assistant that did the ultrasound on my legs was extremely gentle as possible. She showed a lot of empathy for my few discomforts which helped me to relax more. I enjoyed meeting meeting Dr. Francois who reassured me that the group of professionals that I met today is what I call the A-Team. As the nurse explained the significance of being mentally and emotionally prepared for my second round of treatment, I do so with great anticipation to see healthier legs. Lastly, before I left the receptionist reassured me that the dates and time was good for me and that I would not have any setbacks when I start my treatment.
