“arrogant & presumptuous ”
He is so bad I would not even send my enemy here. I waited over an hour and then he wanted to spend as least time as he could. He was ready to push me out of the examining office. I don't understand what his hurry. Only 5 patients were scheduled on this particular 8 hour work day. Nobody else is going there so all the readers out there save your time and money. Skip Dr. Jones Enclave Family Health Care. There are plenty of more family doctors in this city who will at least fake acting concerned. Also if you are a honest regular blue collar worker you are presumed to be beneath him. Sorry I can't afford $5 cups of coffee nor $75 massages that he wants to pressure sale patients. I overheard staff members Lisa and Tim via interoffice phone call discussing the stupidity of a patient not understanding health insurance claims.
