Dr. Hans has treated my daughter for multiple mouth injuries. Because of his calm demeanor, she isn't scared to visit the dentist in spite of her injuries. Her experience with Dr. Hans and his assistant, Miss Shelly was fantastic! She easily could have been traumatized but was not in any way.

“Amazing find!”

Dr Hans has been a miracle worker with my daughter. She has some special needs and has always feared the dentist - she would melt down so completely that at 8 yrs old she had never even had anyone look in her mouth. Dr Hans has taken so much time getting her to trust him - we came in frequently and they took baby steps. He is always a lot of fun and has her relaxed and giggling. It took about 8 months, but he finally got to give her a full cleaning. In fact Dr Hans is the only doctor that she has that she is happy about seeing. We can't say enough good things about Dr Hans and the practice.

“Dr Erik and all is staff is great!”

We have been with Dr Eric for over 15 years for my 2 children. His staff is awesome- very pleasant and helpful. His office is very accommodating. Dr Eric is always on time, up-to-date on the new techniques and great with kids. My 21 year old was sad to leave Dr Eric when she moved away.

“The definitive pediatric dentist”

Dr. Eric is that rare find of a professional who really loves what he does and does it unbelievably well. Besides being an excellent dentist he never fails to talk to the parents, and the kids, keeping them informed, calm, and smiling about what is happening. It actually is a fun experience.
I would recommend him to anyone.

“Best pediatric dentist in the area!”

My daughter had to have 3 baby teeth extracted. Dr. Eric made the process very easy and completely pain free. We have been coming to Dr. Eric since my children started seeing a dentist. He is a wonderful dentist who has always put both of my girls at ease when they visit. We have been patients at this practice for over 14 years and can't say enough good things!

“Very straight forward.”

I like how today it was very, very fast. It only took a few minutes and then I was done. The Floride was much faster, and better tasting (not that it tasted good) then before. I am very pleased with that. It was overall better than last time.

Love the office staff & the Doctor is always professional but NEVER boring! They all listen & help and you know they have the family's best interest at heart! “Hospitality Matched By None...”

My son is a 6 year old healthy little guy now, but spent a good deal of his earlier years at CHOP. We had amazing doctors at CHOP but because of his traumatic experiences early in life, he has residual effects of going to doctor/dentists. For over a month my son complained about back teeth pain. We were told it was 6 year molar pain from previous dentist several times. We then landed in the ER where they had to drain an abscess. At that point I called the office of Dr. Craig and Dr. Eric. They saw my son the next day, a new patient. Dr. Craig walked into the room and began talking with my son and to my amazement my son was at ease with him. Dr. Craig has an AMAZING gift of interacting with kids. I am an elementary school teacher and know immediately when adults just have that gift. Turns out my son had a bad infection and the tooth needed to be pulled. Tammi and Dorie were the assistants and they were just the most caring ladies in the whole world. They talked and played with my son. They gave him presents and made him feel at ease. Dr. Craig had amazing patience with my son and he got the tooth out with no problem. The next day the pain was gone and my son told everyone how Dr. Craig had to take out his "sick" tooth. Everyone in the office was absolutely amazing. We have seen tons of doctors in our 6 years. The folks here are the very best. I only wish I discovered them sooner.

I brought all three kids at once - 2, 4 and 6, and they loved it! They always look forward to coming here. Dr. Craig and the whole team are so wonderful with children. They're even better with parents. The communication is proactive and clear. You would expect taking your children to the dentist, but with these guys it's a breeze!
