“My best face forward...over the years”

I've been seeing Dr. Long for years, for cystic acne, rosacea, and basal cell skin cancer. I feel like I've gotten the best treatment from her and her staff. She listens and explains things thoroughly, Now that I'm in my upper 50's, and my son is getting married, I decided to try a little Botox and filler, to help me look my best for the wedding. I was nervous, but she explained things very well, what to expect, etc, I'm SO glad I decided to have it done, The changes are subtle, and no one has said anything, but I look more rested, like I've had a good night sleep. I look a little more youthful, feel great, and more confident. I love the results. I highly recommend Dr. Long and her staff for skin care.

“Light therapy for acne”

I had persistent acne starting in my adult life at about 22 on wards. I came to Dr. Long and she helped me work though options. She suggested light therapy and I came in twice a week for treatments. Although this was a lot of visits this really helped clear up my acne. I used to constantly have oily forehead and temples but after treatments were complete I started to notice less oil. I was clearing up and not getting more acne. I was finally able to happily take photos! Dr Long is wonderful!

“Dry skin resolved in days”

Prior to meeting with Dr. Long, I had suffered from very dry skin on my hands and actually had an open cut for almost 6 months due to the issue. Dr. Long was able to diagnosis and perscribe medicine that resolved the issue in two days and has made my hands look better than they have since I was a child.

Dr Long is amazing. After years of suffering from adult acne and hyper-pigmentation with little resolution, I was referred to Dr. Long. Dr. Long and her team are kind, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. Within weeks my skin dramatically improved, and I was no longer embarrassed to be seen with minimal or no makeup! I was ready to tackle the lines that had developed between my eyebrows, fine lines around my eyes, as well as my lips that were starting to thin. As a first time cosmetic patient, I was nervous - but I really wanted to continue to improve my inner and outer self. Dr. Long and her team were compassionate, honest, and never pressuring. I also had some complaints about the condition of my skin on my face- the doctor gave me a face wash. I was kind of hoping for something a little more miracle-cure like. This was my first time for dysport/botox. I had done a fair amount of research on this. I was a little on the fence about whether it was necessary to do at this time. I was very happy that Dr. Long was not at all heavy handed, and recommended only a very few units. I was somewhat concerned beforehand that a cosmetic dermatologist would be heavy handed but that was not the case with Dr. Long. I appreciate that she schedules a follow-up to make sure you are happy with the results.

I drove an hour and forty minutes to get to Dr Long only to be way laid by her receptionist. I had told them that I was Self-pay when I made the appointment last week. I get into the office she asks for my drivers license which I gave to her. . I told her I was out of pocket paying. After we went back-and-forth two ir three times she insisted she needed my major medical card. When I showed it to her she told me they couldn’t treat me! Itchy skin had been a constant source of irritation for the past couple years. I had an appointment with another Dermatologist that was delayed and rescheduled multiple times.

Dr Long and her team are great - I think the best testament is that no one ever knows I've gotten service. I often get "you look so good/rested/relaxed/..."

I recently tried ProNox to cut the edge off my fear of needles. It was so helpful. Yes, I still felt the needle, I just didn't mind as much. It wore off as promised and didn't make me feel groggy after.

“Dr. Long made me SO comfortable!”

This was my first time getting lip fillers, and Dr. Long made sure I was completely comfortable with every step she did. She explained everything and helped calm my anxiety about the process. I definitely recommend her for this procedure!
