“Quick & Easy!”

I've been going to Lens Crafters for my doctor visits and prescriptions. Decided to try out Dr. Kim's office in Temecula. It was very quick! I was in and out within 30 minutes. The exam was quick and easy. The doctor recommended a heat compress remedy for my dry eyes, which worked, and I was selecting frames right afterwards.

He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of my eye condition.He seems to have state of the art technology for evaluation. He answered all of my questions. He was patient and friendly. I left the office happy and confident in his ability to help me with my eye care needs.

Dr. Arthur Kim, was extremely kind and patient with me during my eye appointment. He took the time to answer my questions, thoroughly assess my eyes, and made an honest improvement in my prescription. Having an extremely strong prescription, Dr. Kim explained my options, also involving my financial situation, and made a very individual and special order needed for my situation. I am beyond impressed with his expertise and work ethics.

When I first called Dr. Kim answered the phone. He was very nice & helpful. I made my appointment with him. The day of my app. everyone was very professional & kind. They greet you right away. Next thing you know I'm getting my eyes examined. Dr. Kim explains what he is doing & what I need. I'm done with my examine & I walk to the next room. This very nice lady helps me pick my new glasses. I don't feel pressured at any time. All they want to do is help you get the best eye care.

“Emergency”

My glasses broke at 9pm. I contacted Dr kim via facebook at approx 9.15 pm and he responded within minutes. He gave me his first available appt the following morning, and indicated he could dispense contacts this same visit. If that isn't great customer service, I dont know what is. My experience was fantastic! Dr. Kim and his staff are very friendly and helpful. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and there prices are very good. They allowed me to take my time picking out my glasses although I was the last customer of the day. I never felt pressured or rushed. They are great!
