Dr. Jergins is married to a former news anchor, and is father to a son and a daughter who give him reason to visit ballparks and amusement parks across Florida. Among other things, he has ridden an Olympic bobsled, lassoed rodeo calves, sat in JFK’s private Senate office, and visited Beethoven’s apartment. He enjoys Rays baseball, playing the classical guitar, and baking the best chocolate ganache cake ever
