I've been going to Clevens' office for the past 2 1/2 years for laser treatments & botox. I met with Sarah G. for the first time right before the holiday season. She's very pleasant & easy going. “Better than I expected”

I have never been able to breath well from my nose. I was skeptical of surgery, but Dr. Clevens listed to my concerns and designed a treatment plan for me. Surgery was done with minimal discomfort and within a few weeks I was breathing better than I have in my entire life. It has been four months since my procedure and I am extremely happy with the results. My breathing is substantially better. Dr. Clevens takes time to listen to you and understand your concerns. I recommend his practice!

“I wouldn't want anyone else working on my face.”

After too many years of boating and being outside in Florida, I am paying the price.
For 15 years Dr. Clevens has been taking care of my skin cancers on my face and body with no complaints from me.
Most of the work is undetectable when finished even the serious reconstruction on my nose and ears.
The bottom line is he knows what he is doing and the folks that work with him are real pros too.

I have had botox before at other places but this time was different. I began to feel the effects on the next day. I felt like it was a stronger botox. Dr. Clevens came up to me and introduced himself. He made me feel welcome and important. The food was amazing, especially the Ahi Tuna. There were beautiful young women in skintight leotards, doing all kinds of acrobatics and poses. Ahhh, to be so thin and agile (and young). “A Life Changing Expreience”

I have lived forty years with severely restricted breathing after breaking my nose three times during high school and collegiate sports, and as a result, not breathing out of my left nostril since that time. The right choice was made when we chose Dr. Ross Clevens to repair the damage caused many years ago. Dr. Clevens is the model of professionalism and experience. His staff was tremendous, informative, and friendly throughout the entire process. The results have been dramatic, breathing way better now, only a few weeks post surgery. Had a septorhinoplasty. So far I am pleased with the appearance and feel that I was provided with realistic expectations. No issues post op. Only thing I think they could improve upon is being able to see the doctor sooner post-op. The first few visits were with his nurse who wasn't able to answer some of my questions about surgery because she was not there.

I came to Dr. Clevens having never been able to breathe freely through my nose. After consultation, we decided a surgical procedure (septoplasty) was my best option. The staff was very professional throughout the evaluation process and made me feel comfortable on the day of my surgery. My 13 year-old son needed to have some atypical moles removed from his scalp. My son was so anxious and Dr. Clevens couldn't have been more wonderful. Have had several procedures done, including full face lift and co2 laser. Later had surgical lip lift to correct a drooling issue. However, the one side of the mouth, that was a problem, needed more correction. Dr. Clevens very generously re-did the surgery on that side to completely correct it. “A Positive Life Changing Experience”

From initial evaluation through follow-up Dr. Clevens and his extensive team have provided a really special and positive life altering experience in correcting my eyelid and general eye problems. Peripheral vision has vastly improved as well as my overall appearance. Before and after photos are dramatically different in a very positive way. My questions are always answered fully. Care extends for months after the initial procedure ... something that surprised me and made me very comfortable with the whole team of experts. I give Dr. Clevens my full endorsement as well as my thanks. I should also note that Dr. Clevens was more than fair in working with us on financial issues to include working with my insurance and offering logical and cost-effective extensions to the initial plan. I was initially impressed with Dr. Clevens' credentials ... and now am much more impressed with the results he gave me. With Dr. Clevens and his staff, I never questioned what was being said to me or any of the decisions made. Everyone was very thorough in answering questions I had throughout the process, which established credibility in my eyes and led me to trust Dr. Clevens as I went into surgery for my septorhinoplasty. After surgery, my recovery process was much smoother than I had expected and I healed rather quickly, only ever having very slight shadow bruising around the under-eye area. While I strongly disliked the appearance of my nose pre-surgery, post-surgery I am now loving it! The bridge of my nose is even throughout, I have a pleasing side profile, and I'm able to clearly breathe through both nostrils. For anyone on the fence about going through with this operation, I say go for it! I'm so glad I did.

I've had several keloids removed over the past five years due to cartilage piercings as a teen. However, Dr. Clevens did the best removal I have ever had. Previous doctors had often removed a lot of my natural ear in the process of removing the keloid, but my ear looks barely different after the procedure with Dr. Clevens and this was by far the largest of keloids I have had. Most other offices also did not provide the attention to recovery that Dr. Clevens office provided.

“My first Dysport treatment!”

I turned 40 last month and wanted to treat myself. After using a computer all day for work, I noticed frown lines in my forehead and between my eyes. I chose Dr. Clevens because he only specializes in the face. I have heard horror stories about going to spas for botox treatment. I was nervous about needles but he had great bedside manner and was very gentle. I came back in 2 weeks for follow-up and everything looked good. Love my wrinkle-free forehead!

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the before and after pictures of my coolsculpting treatment! “Life Changing - I am so grateful for Dr. Clevens”

My entire life I dealt with a nose deformity. It was something I was born with and never pursued surgery because I was so afraid of it. After many years of extensive research I decided to visit Dr. Clevens. It was the best decision I have ever made. I walked into my consultation with no pictures of how I wanted my nose to look. I simply told hold him, "I just the nose I would have had".

Dr. Clevens talked me through the entire procedure with great level of detail and knowledge. He answered every question I had and helped me understand how he would approach the surgery. He stayed in the room until I was sure I had no more questions. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. Dr. Clevens and his staff were available every step of the way. I am so thankful.

I could not be happier with the results. Not only do I breathe much better, but I also love the it way it looks. I had very little down time or pain. I highly recommend Dr. Clevens!

I had a melanoma skin cancer found on my neck area by another doctor. I selected Ross Clevens to remove this. He was very efficient, calmed my nerves and took out this cancer. It didn't hurt that much. I was self conscious about the stitches, but once they were removed, you could not even tell anything was done. His special creams worked wonders in speeding my skin's recovery. Love that about Clevens Face & Body Specialists.

This journey took a long time launching. I wanted a gentle approach to feeling better about myself without overwhelmingly going overboard. My eye procedure has opened me up to better vision as well as easing my contact lens placement. My skin resurfacing has made me feel younger and prettier, and what 63 year old scoffs at that?? LOL. Not having enough hair for a transplant, I decided to go ahead with the PRP treatments. Just after 3 treatments, I noticed new hair growth which was all over my head. I had a unique situation with my jaw that I had wanted to get corrected for eons and wasn't sure if anyone could do anything to correct it. Dr. Clevens did a wonderful job correcting this abnormality and I am very happy with the results. Plus, the procedure was almost painless both to my jaw and my wallet :) The results have lasted longer than he or I expected. My experience was amazing. From the time I met my patient care coordinator, Johanna to the Post-Operative Visit with Dr. Cleven's. Johanna helped me so much. She was wonderful. Dr. Cleven's is wonderful as well. He consulted with me 3 different times before my surgery and answered every little question I had. After the first two PRP scalp treatments, I noticed hair growth in the targeted areas that I has requested the treatment. These areas had lost so much hair, that I literally had a receding hair-line, and I thought there were no options to recover my hair loss except for surgery. Fortunately, PRP is a perfect nonsurgical solution. I have been receiving monthly treatments for eight months, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. I had a good experience with Dr. Clevens during my recent hair transplant. The procedure ultimately went well. There was a little confusion between the pre-op and performing technicians about covering the procedure. My hair was long enough to cover the donor area, as Dr. Clevens thought. After about a week though I did ultimately have my head shaved with a #1 and ever since then the people I meet just think or at least believe I just wanted a different hair cut. The hair cut also helped my self-esteem too.

But to finish off the review, the Dr. Clevens and staff was professional and knowledgeable about the procedure. The technicians doing the work were also skilled at their trade as well and ultimately with a little persuasion was able to hide the donor area and get 2000+ grafts from the site.

Dr. Clevens took out a basal cell carcinoma on my face some years ago. There is no scar that I can see or can anyone else. I think that if my nominal skin cancer Dr. would have performed the same operation the results would have been less than satisfactory.

I came in for what I thought was a mole removal, turns out it was skin cancer. The team was very efficient doing a biopsy that day, scheduling following up appointment. I had a rhinoplasty 30 years ago, which I was very unhappy with for years. I looked for the best plastic surgeon I could find in this area. I was very happy with my choice. Unfortunately I did have some unexpected nasal collapse and had to have a second surgery by Dr Clevens. He has a very good bedside manor and excellent listening skills. The surgery yielded excellent results. My upper eyelid covered more than 50% of my pupil opening. After surgery I can see much better. My vertical peripheral vision is much improved. Things are much brighter and I don't have the pressure on the upper portion of my eye balls from the extra skin as before the surgery. And as a bonus I look a few years younger without the saggy eyelids..

I came to Clevens Face and Body Specialists to receive a sculpsure treatment. The flow was very easy and professional from start to finish. After I was assessed as a candidate I received the treatment which was, in fact, only 25 minutes! It seemed to go by so quickly and I was educated every step of the way. the laser surgery was more than I expected and a bit uncomfortable in healing. the after care however was very good with Betsy following up on the scabs and the treatments by Cristina were exceptional. my neck is showing a little more relaxation than anticipated and hoping it is not going to progress further. I did have a couple of stubborn stitches but again Betsy was readily available to remove the ones that would not dissolve. overall the after care was exceptional and the whole staff very attentive. I am pleased with the results so far as long as the neck does not sag much more .

“Excellent Neck-lift Experience”

I saw Dr. Clevens for a weekend neck-lift. He explained the procedure and gave his honest assessment for how it would go. After our meeting I felt encouraged and confident with his skills. The procedure went as advertised. The recovery was a little more intense than expected, but otherwise went well. What I was most pleased with was the follow-up visits that continued to monitor my progress. I had weekly and then monthly facial massages which really helped speed up recovery. I was not expecting so much attention, but was please to have it. I'm happy with my final result and would recommend Dr. Clevens for anyone considering facial plastic surgery.

I was unsure at first but everyone from the doctors to the office staff were great. I felt like the results weren't that significant at first, but as Dr Clevens explained, with time I would see very noticeable results...and I did. Dr. Clevens's office staff is professional and friendly. Christina gives the best medical facial massages!! Overall I am very pleased with the results of my facelift. My neck is smooth and no longer crepey. Love my neck! The surface of my facial skin is so much smoother and I love that too. The only downside is that my eyelids are still a bit droopy, but I'm sure Dr. Clevens has a remedy for that. Looking forward to having injectables pleaced in the lines around my mouth. From the start the concerns I had regarding deep wrinkles and sun damage on my face were discussed frankly with me, both in what procedures would be most effective and the kind of results I could expect, along with accurate pricing.
I was given informative pre-treatment instructions and products to prep my skin for the actual procedures.
After my CO2 treatment I was given a lot of follow up care and review. I always enjoyed a great deal genuine interest shown in my case and my results, Dr. Clevens himself being quite involved in augmenting my results with some additional treatments.
I cannot recommend Dr. Clevens and his staff more highly.

I had went to a different doctor to have the eyes done. This was before I heard of Dr. Clevens. The experience was not good and the follow up was bad because she wouldn't correct what she had did wrong.
When I decided to do the face I heard of Dr. Clevens. I just wish I had him for my eyes. I had great results and excellent care afterwards. Tammy was my consultant and we had a great repore also. I recommend him to everyone that says they would like to have facial work done.

“Exceptional Quality”

Dr. Clevens did a fantastic job on my rhinoplasty. I previously saw a ENT doctor for a deviated septum, but she did not give me confidence in her plastic surgery skills, so I searched for a professional who could not only fix the deviated septum, but could straighten my nose a bit and fix the spots that made me insecure. From the beginning he spent time listening to my concerns and desires. I was recommended by a friend who also had surgery from Dr. Clevens. After the consultation I moved forward with the surgery. The recovery was not as painful as I imagined and I healed quickly. The post op appointments were great as I was treated with care and my concerns were addressed. A year later and I am so pleased with the results. I can breathe at night, and no longer cringe when I see my nose in pics. Thanks Dr. Clevens!

“Botched Septo-rhinoplasty”

I had a septorhiniplasty done by Dr. Clevens. Long story short, they were so rude to me post-operatively that I cried after leaving his office. I was more sick AFTER my surgery than before. I went to my ENT after leaving Dr Clevens. She cultured my drainage,got me well, & did a CT of my sinuses. Dr. Clevens had missed a large bone spur & not reduced a turbinate enough. I needed a 2nd surgery to fix the problems he missed. His office offered to do the surgery gratis, but I had no faith in his abilities.

“After many years of thinking of having this surgery, I am very pleased with the results.”

I came to Dr. Clevens to have my septorhinoplasty surgery after getting several reliable recommendations and went in with full faith that he could accomplish what needed to be done. I usually am skeptical of some doctors, especially when changing the look of my face, but I really trusted that he was the one to do it. And it looks very natural, which is what I wanted. Correction but natural.
And all of his staff is a pleasure to work with!

Pleasantly surprise that I can read without my glasses esp office forms, menus, computers. Not 20/20 but it feels like it--
My eye droops have drastically improve.

I did not have any surgical eye pain/discomfort except for dry eyes. Ok---seems impossible but that is the fact.

Let me start by saying Dr Clevens was not my first choice.
I had a horrible experience with a Doctor close to my home.
Dr Clevens came HIGHLY recommended from my insurance
company. The office is well appointed and friendly. They have cookies, drinks and coffee. The front of the house staff are very friendly and helpful. The insurance ladies are well versed in all your questions you may have. The nurses are the BEST I have ever encountered , and i have lived overseas as well. They are caring, receptive to your needs and they listen. Dr Clevens is a very professional doctor. He made me feel at ease from our first meeting. He covered in detail all the procedures I was to have, Eight in all . Everything he said from what to expect to the timing of the swelling were spot on. It is important to note that I am a male to female transgender person. The entire office made me feel at ease from the first visit to the latest. I highly recommended them for any and all surgery you want or need

Christina is an excellent aesthetician. She uses excellent products and gives great advice on what to use for your face. I had some skin bumps pop up after laser work and she knew exactly what to use in order to get rid of them and some darkness. Worked perfect! She is incredibly knowledgable of ingredients and the inner workings on skin care products...not just fad labels that I used to pay ridiculous amounts of money for. I had botox injections ten days before my daughter's wedding. Yikes! It made my eye droop. Rushed back into the office and they were able to get me off of the ceiling and correct the problem. Such an improvement. Would do it again since it was able to be tweeked.

Consultation was nice and easy, and he explained what i needed. The surgery was easy enough and the staff was nice and helped me through the nervousness. After the surgery, the follow up appointments made sure that I was healing properly and all of my concerns were checked out. The frequency of the follow up appointments is really nice and the staff is wonderful. It has been super easy to get a hold of someone for support when/if things go wrong or you've got a question. Overall good experience. Healing and swelling has been an absolute pain, but that would be the case anywhere you'd go.

“A Wonderful Doctor, Wonderful Experience”

If you have to have your nose repaired, this is the ONLY doctor I would go to~ Dr. Clevens is, in my opinion, nothing less than a miracle worker! My nose had been broken 4 times before, I am a 60 yr old female, and the last doctor totally botched my rhinoplasty. I didn't think there was much hope to look like my old self again, but Dr. Clevens fixed me like new! Actually, my nose looks better than new :-) Plus his manner is kind, patient, caring, and his staff is exactly the same! My experience with Dr. Clevens and his staff has been exceptional. I had to have an eyelid and an eyebrow lift due to limited vision (my eyelids and eyebrows had dropped to the point of having no peripheral vision). I couldn't believe the difference after my surgery! I actually have peripheral vision now. Anytime that I had any questions or concerns, Betsy, Dr. Cleven's nurse was quick to address them. “Facelift/necklift/revision rhinoplasty - Excellent results and great experience”

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Clevens. He listened carefully to all my areas of concern and presented me with a plan to address these concerns. He understood exactly what needed to be done particularly with my revision rhinoplasty(which was rather delicate) and the results were fantastic. My nose now looks symmetrical from both sides. My neck looks amazing and restored back to a youthful appearance. All of the sag/crepe-like skin is gone and it is tight. I look more youthful, refreshed, without looking like a completely different person.

I am very happy with the results and it has been a wonderful experience dealing with Dr. Clevens and all of the staff. They are a great team and so helpful in all areas. I felt like I was well-taken care of by the entire team. Also, I wanted to mention the team at the Apollo Surgical Center was amazing. They were wonderful and personally texted my husband during my surgery to keep him updated. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Clevens!

I started with the SculptSure, I was happy with the results so I also had a SmartSkin procedure on my face. Received Botox - and had received prior, so I knew what to expect and how long it would take for full results. But this last appt. I also elected to receive Juviderm filler for the first time. The results are wonderful - and shows faster (and much longer) results. I am beyond pleased. Dr. Clevens administered all - and this was certainly after asking many questions, and almost declining the Juviderm. Certainly glad I didn't. Dr Clevens was extremely informative, made me feel comfortable, did not rush through the procedure - and doesn't "try" to convince you into something you may be fearful about. I made the right decision for me based on his knowledge and experience - and I appreciate it.

Dr. Clevens and his staff are a phenominal team to work with. My results far exceed what I was expecting! The aftercare was continuous. Christina's facials were my favorite!! “So Happy Dr. Clevens is in My area!!”

Dr. Clevens reshaped my broken humped nose and successfully performed sinus surgery resulting in 14 years with NO Sinus Infections (before had 4 to 6 sinus infections annually; I was rightfully concerned with more antibiotic resistance).

Recently Dr. Clevens performed successful eye lift and equally dramatically beautiful face, neck & arms laser resurfacing that removed sun damage, pre-cancerous cells, age spots.

When people I have not seen for awhile they say Wow, You look Great over & over. People I see all the time say "you look rested". No one knows I've had work done except those I've confided in & of course Dr. Clevens, his staff.

Will be a repeat customer again should there be something more I choose to do.

From first visit and consultation to preparation for surgery, then surgery per se and conversation right after surgery finished to post surgery follow up visits -- everything went so pleasantly flawlessly. My daughter of 15 years of age had a rhinoplasty to correct a bump on her nose. She could not be happier with the results. It is like a dream come true for her. “Great team and Excellent work!”

Dr. Clevens has been reconstructing my left nostril following a very bad case of nose skin cancer. The other surgeon found all and removed all the cancer but the remains were unacceptable! I met and told Dr. Clevens of my bad experience and breathing dysfunction and he was able to do his magic and rebuild my nose to where it functions well and looks like nothing happened. In the process, I have fewer forehead wrinkles and feel good looking again.
