2019 I came in with s left shoulder injury. I was in pretty bad shape. I went through the Veterans Hospital and my private insurance with no luck. Either telling me there was no damage. Go to physical therapy and take some meds. I've seen Dr. Cohen since 2014 and after relocating back to San Diego I immediately reached out and made an appointment. Dr. Cohen was upfront and said it may take multiple treatments however, Just over a month of my first PRP injection it was night and day for my pain. I see why this isn't covered through insurance because it actually heals you!! It worked so well last time after another injury occurred I reached out again!!
